SERRANO LAW provides legal representation to all businesses. We offer an In-House approach when providing legal representation to our business clients. From start-ups, entrepreneurs, investors, to small and medium-size businesses, we offer a full spectrum of legal services to our clients. Please visit our In-House Practice page for more information.

We also offer Specific Legal Services for your business needs. Our specific legal services may include: Contract negotiation, contract review and drafting; sale and business purchases; mergers and acquisitions; loan transactions; joint ventures; employment and service agreements; business formation, organization and compliance; corporate matters, licensing, franchising and other intellectual property matters; business litigation, and real estate transactions.

We also provide Registered Agent Services for your business. Florida law requires that your company or corporation designate a registered agent to receive important legal documents in the mail, or accept service of process, legal notices, and other crucial state or court documents. As your registered agent, we will receive those for you, and store them for you to view online and instantly download, print, or share.

Record Keeping and Compliance is another service we offer our business clients. Florida law sets out the legal, record-keeping requirements for Florida limited liability companies and corporations. We conduct an audit of your corporate records, make the necessary updates to keep your business in compliance, and maintain copies of all the records to be kept and maintained according to Florida law. We also provide you with online access to your corporate book and records.

We also offer One-Time Consultations for a one-time fee, or at a reduced hourly rate. We understand that you may just want to talk to one of our lawyers for a discussion of a particular matter or concern. Rather than retaining our lawyers to represent you on a retainer basis, you may chose to just get a full consultation on a particular matter. You can make an appointment with one of our lawyers for a One-Time Consultation on the phone or video-conference for a minimal flat fee. We are available Monday through Saturday, depending on lawyers' availability.
