S E R R A N O - L A W

We understand that, as a business owner, you may come up with legal issues or questions that require you talk to a lawyer for a discussion of your legal matters.  You may not need to hire a lawyer on an ongoing basis, but would like to talk to one for a discussion of a particular matter or concern.

You can make an appointment with one of our lawyers for a one-time consultation on the phone or video-conference for a minimal flat fee.  We are available from 9 am to 9 pm Monday through Saturday, depending on lawyers' availability.  Our consultation fee is a one time fee for a one-time, one-hour consultation.

For your Consultation, you may begin by clicking on the button below to begin the intake process

Before your One-Time Consultation, we need to conduct an initial screening to make sure there are no conflicts of interest.  As such, initial inquiries made to us are not protected by attorney-client communications. That privilege and confidentiality will only attach when our attorney and the prospective client establish an attorney-client relationship. Before the attorney-client relationship can be established, we must ascertain from you the identity of any parties that will be adverse to you in the matter for which you are seeking representation. We can then confirm whether or not our Firm currently represents those parties or have any other conflict of interest that would prevent us from representing you.

Do not disclose any non-public, confidential information in an initial inquiry to the Firm. If submitting an inquiry via email or through our online evaluation form, please provide a general description of the nature of your matter, as you understand it, and how you would like us to contact you. You may then be contacted by the attorney or professional who may request further information to determine if the Firm can represent you. Ultimately, if the Firm and you, as a prospective client, mutually agree to proceed, we can then set up your One-Time Consultation.

If your legal need requires continuing legal representation, we can then decide specific strategies and the scope of our representation.  Our Initial Consultation, however, does not guarantee that our Firm will take your case, and we specifically reserve the right to decline representation.
