Eduardo C. Serrano is an Attorney and proprietor of Serrano Law. 

Eduardo has served as in-house counsel for Florida banking institutions and a multinational corporation. He has worked with clients, including foreign governments, in the development of major infrastructure projects.

Eduardo has fifteen years of experience working with a wide range of business clients, including: small, medium and large multinational companies; non-profit organizations; start-ups, joint ventures, and business partnerships. 

He received his Law Degree from Loyola University School of Law in New Orleans, and a Bachelor's degree in English from the University of Florida. Eduardo is admitted to practice law under both the Florida and Louisiana Bars, and is fluent in English and Spanish.
